The biggest thing in a cleansing lifestyle is incorporating cleansing into your diet on a regular basis as well as eating healthy foods, cutting back on calories for a period of time and, as mentioned, incorporating a cleanse product that gives your body nutrients and the nutritional support it needs to cleanse internally on a cellular level. Regular cleansing can be achieved by doing a little bit of cleanse every day or a deep cleanse (2 days) every month.
