Who I Am

cleanse for healthHi, Ken Emrick here. Ever since I can remember, I have been active – from keeping up with older brothers when I was young, to pursuing my passion for health and fitness and enjoying an outdoor lifestyle here in Colorado.  I started studying nutrition, and how the body works, in high school and have gone on to continue that education ever since.  As an athlete, I learned the importance of quality nutrition and the role it plays in performance.  Now, I am a father of an amazing daughter, a husband to my incredible wife, Kristin Steinholt, and I believe that our faith provides the source and foundation for all that we aspire to accomplish in life.

What I Do

I educate and teach others to cleanse for health and to create healthy lifestyles that provide both physical and financial health and the ability to live abundant lives.  By teaching people how to create healthier bodies and live healthier lives, I can help them to discover their personal potential for living extraordinary lives, making a difference in the world every day!

Why I Do It

I have been blessed with good health, an awareness of what is important in life, and the ability to connect the two in order to help others. My passion is to help others live up to their potential while making a significant contribution to others.  For me, connecting passion and purpose are essential to living the life that I have chosen.
